Mapei Ultraplan Renovation Screed 3240

Ultraplan Renovation Screed 3240 is a fiber-reinforced self-leveling compound designed for renovating existing floors in both commercial and residential settings. It can be applied manually or with a pump.

Where to Apply:

Ideal for interior leveling, smoothing, and filling thickness variations from 3 to 40 mm on new or existing surfaces such as concrete, screeds, stone, terrazzo, ceramic tiles, old and new timber floors, floorboards, chipboard panels, and plywood. It serves as a dry location underlayment for various floor finishes including tile, stone, vinyl, carpet, and wood flooring. Ultraplan Renovation Screed 3240 provides excellent load resistance, making it suitable for areas with castor wheel traffic and for installations beneath underfloor and undertile heating systems.
