Customer satisfaction is our highest priority and we understand that there may be occasions where customers wish to return items purchased from Natural Angle. Our returns policy varies according to the type of product purchased and is detailed below. In all cases please remember that it is usually a good idea to keep hold of any surplus material for future maintenance and repairs.

Natural Stone

Every piece of natural stone is unique and some degree of variation will occur in every batch. For this reason, we do not accept returns of natural stone materials.

Porcelain Tiles and Wood Flooring

We will only accept returns of full, unopened boxes of porcelain tiles and wooden flooring. The materials must be returned to us at your own expense within 14 days of delivery and will be subject to a 25% restocking charge.

We do not accept any liability or responsibility for any loss or damage to any returned goods in transit and we recommend you use a reputable courier service and take out appropriate insurance cover.

We will not accept returns of damaged goods.
